TiRoam FAQ

Titanium, also known as Ti, is a lightweight and corrosion-resistant metal with the atomic number 22. It is widely used in outdoor gear, drinkware, cookware, and travel equipment because it offers a strong balance of weight, durability, and long-term usability.

For people who want practical gear without carrying unnecessary weight, titanium is a reliable material for outdoor and everyday use.

TiRoam uses titanium because it fits what outdoor gear should be: lightweight, durable, practical, and easy to carry.

Whether you are hiking, camping, taking a road trip, or using your gear every day, titanium helps reduce unnecessary weight while providing a clean and simple contact surface for drinkware and cookware.

Titanium also allows many products to be made without plastic liners or interior coatings.

TiRoam focuses on practical titanium gear for outdoor and everyday use, including drinking, cooking, carrying, and camp routines.

We look for materials and product designs that support lighter carry, long-term usability, and clean contact surfaces. For titanium drinkware and cookware, each product page will list the specific material, construction, size, weight, and use notes.

Many TiRoam products use TA1 pure titanium, depending on the specific item.

TiRoam titanium drinkware is designed without plastic liners or interior coatings unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For cookware, cups, bottles, and other gear, please check each product page for specific material and construction details.

Some titanium products can be heated, depending on their construction.

Titanium cookware and single-wall titanium bottles may be heated when needed. If heating a single-wall bottle, always remove the cap first and never heat a sealed container.

Double-wall titanium bottles, insulated drinkware, lids, caps, silicone parts, and plastic parts should not be placed over direct heat.

Yes. Titanium may develop surface marks, color changes, or signs of use over time, especially after outdoor use, repeated handling, direct heating, or natural oxidation.

This is normal for titanium and does not affect regular use.

Wash titanium products with warm water and mild dish soap before first use and after regular use.

Use a soft sponge or cloth, then allow the item to dry fully before storage. For drinkware, keep the cap or lid open while drying. For cookware, clean soon after use to prevent food residue from drying onto the surface.

Avoid using harsh abrasives, steel wool, or strong chemical cleaners on titanium surfaces.

Store products dry, keep caps and lids open when possible, and clean items soon after use. Direct flame or high heat may discolor titanium. This is a normal material reaction, not a quality defect.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with accessories from other brands.

Caps, lids, handles, threads, and accessories may look similar but still use different sizes, tolerances, thread designs, or sealing structures.

For best fit and leak performance, use TiRoam products with their original parts unless a product page clearly states compatibility.

Please check each product page for the most accurate size, weight, capacity, material, and use information.
