We ship to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, DC, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, AA, AE, or AP addresses.

Returns
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories when applicable.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support@tiroam.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video when possible.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipment has begun.
