Will This Dull My Knives?

For normal slicing and chopping, use regular cutting pressure and a properly maintained kitchen knife. As with any cutting board, edge wear will vary depending on the knife, sharpening angle, and cutting technique.
For best results, avoid heavy cleaver strikes on bones or frozen foods.
