Returns & Support
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories, when applicable.
For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@tiroam.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence where possible. If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or shipment.

Ships to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, DC, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, AA, AE, or AP.
