Yes. This pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and radiant cooktops.
For best results, match the burner size to the base of the pan and use low to medium heat for most cooking.
Preheat the pan gradually over low to medium heat, then add oil before adding food.
For eggs, fish, or meat, allow the food to cook briefly before turning. It will release more easily once the surface has properly seared.
Avoid overheating an empty pan.
Choose the right titanium frying pan size based on how much you usually cook, your typical portion size, and how much cooking space you need.
22 cm / 8.7 in — Best for smaller meals, 1–2 person portions, eggs, breakfast, reheating, and everyday cooking when you want a lighter, more compact pan.
26 cm / 10.2 in — The best all-around choice for most kitchens, with a balanced combination of cooking space, capacity, weight, and everyday versatility.
30 cm / 11.8 in — Best for larger portions, family meals, sautéing, searing, or batch cooking when you want maximum cooking space and capacity.
Not sure which size to choose? The 26 cm / 10.2 in is the most versatile starting point for most households.

The Everyday Frying Pan
This pure titanium frying pan is built around the jobs people use a skillet for most: eggs, fish, meat, seafood, vegetables, breakfast, quick lunches, and everyday stovetop meals.
Its broad cooking area gives ingredients room to spread out, while the gently sloped sides make it easier to turn food, toss vegetables, slide a spatula underneath, and move finished food from pan to plate.
Among the TiRoam cookware range, this is the most straightforward choice for everyday frying and searing.
Why This Frying Pan
Designed for direct pan cooking
The open shape works naturally for eggs, steaks, fish fillets, vegetables, bacon, tofu, pancakes, and other foods that benefit from direct contact with the cooking surface.
Sloped sides make food easier to move
Turning, tossing, and plating are simpler than with a high straight-sided pan.
A practical daily skillet
This is the pan to reach for when you want a conventional frying-pan shape rather than the extra depth of a saucepan or sauté pan.
Pure Titanium Cooking Surface
The interior food-contact area is a pure titanium cooking surface designed for everyday frying without relying on an applied synthetic nonstick layer.
Titanium is naturally resistant to corrosion and has low reactivity with common cooking ingredients. This makes the surface suitable for a wide range of foods, including fish, meat, vegetables, tomatoes, citrus, sauces, and salty ingredients.
The hammered surface also gives the interior its distinctive appearance while keeping food in direct contact with the titanium cooking surface.
Everyday Use & Care
Let the frying pan cool after use, then wash it with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.
If oil or food residue remains after cooking, soak the pan briefly before cleaning. Avoid aggressive cleaning methods when they are not necessary.
Rinse and dry thoroughly before storing.
An uncoated titanium frying pan will not necessarily remain cosmetically perfect. Light cooking marks, heat coloration, and changes in surface appearance can develop over time and are normal signs of regular use.
