Yes. This pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and radiant cooktops.
For best results, match the burner size to the base of the pan and use low to medium heat for most cooking.
Preheat the pan gradually over low to medium heat, then add oil before adding food.
For eggs, fish, or meat, allow the food to cook briefly before turning. It will release more easily once the surface has properly seared.
Avoid overheating an empty pan.
Choose the right pure titanium frying pan size based on how much you usually cook and how much cooking space you need.
26 cm / 10.2 in — Best for smaller meals, compact kitchens, and everyday cooking when you want a lighter, more manageable pan.
28 cm / 11.0 in — The best all-around choice for most kitchens, with a balanced combination of cooking space, weight, and everyday versatility.
30 cm / 11.8 in — Best when you want more cooking surface for larger portions or batch cooking. It is also the largest and heaviest option.
Not sure which titanium frying pan size to choose? The 28 cm / 11.0 in is the most versatile starting point for most households.

Made for More Than Frying
This pure titanium dual-handle frying pan is designed for meals that need more cooking space and more ways to move from stovetop preparation to the table.
Its wide, shallow cooking area works especially well for searing meat, sautéing vegetables, braising, cooking seafood, reducing sauces, and preparing one-pan meals. Instead of being limited to quick frying, the pan gives you room to spread ingredients out, turn larger portions, and build a complete dish in one piece of cookware.
The two side handles also suit the way this pan is used: when the pan is full, it can be lifted and carried with both hands rather than relying on one long handle.
Why This Pan
Wide cooking surface
A broad base gives ingredients more direct contact with the cooking surface, making this pan useful for steaks, fish fillets, vegetables, dumplings, and larger family-style dishes.
Shallow, open profile
The relatively low sides make it easier to turn food, reduce liquids, and serve directly from the pan.
Built for one-pan cooking
Sear first, add vegetables or sauce, then continue cooking in the same pan. It works well when a standard frying pan feels too limited but a deep pot is more than you need.
Pure Titanium Cooking Surface
Food cooks directly on a pure titanium cooking surface, giving you an uncoated food-contact layer rather than a synthetic nonstick coating.
Titanium is naturally corrosion resistant and non-reactive with many common ingredients, including salty and acidic foods. That makes this type of titanium cookware particularly practical for dishes involving tomatoes, citrus, sauces, marinades, seafood, and other ingredients used in everyday home cooking.
The cooking surface is intended to remain part of the pan rather than functioning as a temporary applied coating.
Everyday Use & Care
Allow the pan to cool before washing. Clean with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or cloth.
For cooked-on residue, soak the pan briefly before cleaning rather than immediately using aggressive abrasives. Dry thoroughly after washing.
As with other uncoated metal cookware, the surface may develop light marks or color changes over time. These are normal signs of regular cooking and do not prevent the pan from continuing to be used.
