Yes. This pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and radiant cooktops.
For best results, match the burner size to the base of the pan and use low to medium heat for most cooking.
Preheat the pan gradually over low to medium heat, then add oil before adding food.
For eggs, fish, or meat, allow the food to cook briefly before turning. It will release more easily once the surface has properly seared.
Avoid overheating an empty pan.
Choose the right titanium frying pan size based on how much you usually cook and how much cooking space you need.
20 cm / 7.9 in — Best for smaller meals, 1–2 person portions, eggs, breakfast, and everyday cooking when you want a lighter, more compact pan.
24 cm / 9.4 in — The best all-around choice for most kitchens, with a practical balance of cooking space, depth, weight, and everyday versatility.
28 cm / 11.0 in — Best for larger portions, family meals, searing, sautéing, and batch cooking when you want more cooking surface.
Not sure which size to choose? The 24 cm / 9.4 in is the most versatile starting point for most households.

More Control for Frying, Sautéing, and Saucy Dishes
This titanium frying pan with a pure titanium cooking surface combines the open cooking area of a frying pan with straighter, higher sides than a traditional skillet.
That shape makes it especially useful for sautéing vegetables, frying meat or seafood, cooking pasta sauces, shallow braising, tossing ingredients, and preparing dishes where some liquid needs to stay in the pan.
It is a practical middle ground between a shallow skillet and a deeper saucepan.
Why This Pan
Straight sides keep more food in the pan
When stirring vegetables, seafood, pasta, or larger portions, the taller sidewall helps contain ingredients and cooking liquid.
Better suited to sauce-based dishes
The pan can move naturally from browning ingredients to adding stock, tomato sauce, cream sauce, or other liquids without immediately feeling too shallow.
One pan for multiple cooking styles
Use it for frying in the morning, sautéing at lunch, then braising or finishing a sauce-based meal later in the day.
Pure Titanium Cooking Surface
Food comes into contact with a pure titanium cooking surface, giving this pan an uncoated cooking area for everyday frying and sautéing.
Titanium’s corrosion resistance and low reactivity make it particularly useful when recipes combine heat with salty or acidic ingredients. Tomatoes, citrus, marinades, seafood, sauces, and vegetables can all be cooked directly against the titanium food-contact surface.
For shoppers looking for titanium cookware that can cover both dry-heat cooking and dishes containing more liquid, the straight-sided format gives this pan a broader role than a conventional shallow skillet.
Everyday Use & Care
Allow the pan to cool naturally after cooking.
Wash with warm water and mild dish soap using a soft sponge or cloth. For stubborn residue, soaking first usually makes cleanup easier.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a very hot pan directly under cold running water. Dry completely before storage.
Because this is an uncoated metal cooking surface, normal use may gradually create light marks, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes.
