Yes. This pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and radiant cooktops.
For best results, match the burner size to the base of the pan and use low to medium heat for most cooking.
Preheat the pan gradually over low to medium heat, then add oil before adding food.
For eggs, fish, or meat, allow the food to cook briefly before turning. It will release more easily once the surface has properly seared.
Avoid overheating an empty pan.
Choose the right pure titanium saucepan size based on how much you usually cook and the amount of cooking space you need.
18 cm / 7.1 in — Best for smaller portions, sauces, reheating, and everyday tasks when you want a compact saucepan.
20 cm / 7.9 in — The best all-around choice for most kitchens, offering a practical balance of cooking space, depth, and everyday versatility.
22 cm / 8.7 in — Best when you regularly cook larger portions, soups, noodles, or bigger batches and want more room in the pan.
Not sure which size to choose? The 20 cm / 7.9 in is the most versatile starting point for most households.

A Saucepan Built for Everyday Liquid Cooking
The Pure Titanium Saucepan is the most liquid-focused pan in the TiRoam cookware range.
Its deeper body is suited to soups, noodles, oatmeal, sauces, reheating leftovers, boiling vegetables, cooking smaller portions, and preparing foods that need more liquid than a typical frying pan can comfortably hold.
The long handle gives you the familiar control of a traditional saucepan, while the deeper profile helps contain broth, sauces, and simmering ingredients during everyday cooking.
Why This Saucepan
Made for soups, sauces, and simmering
The deeper cooking area makes this titanium saucepan better suited to liquid-heavy dishes than a shallow frying pan.
Useful for smaller everyday meals
It works naturally for breakfast, side dishes, noodles, soup, milk-based recipes, reheating, and other routine stovetop tasks.
Easy pouring and serving
Its saucepan format gives you more control when moving liquids from the pan into bowls, cups, or serving dishes.
Pure Titanium Cooking Surface
The food-contact area uses a pure titanium cooking surface, so soups, sauces, vegetables, grains, and other ingredients cook against titanium rather than a synthetic nonstick layer.
Pure titanium is valued in cookware for its corrosion resistance and low reactivity. That is particularly relevant in a saucepan, where ingredients such as tomatoes, citrus, broth, salt, sauces, and other liquids may remain in contact with the cooking surface for longer periods.
For anyone comparing pure titanium cookware with conventional coated saucepans, the main difference is simple: the cooking surface itself is the functional food-contact material.
Everyday Use & Care
After cooking, allow the saucepan to cool before cleaning.
Wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. If food residue has dried onto the surface, soak it first and clean gradually rather than scraping aggressively.
Rinse thoroughly and dry before storage. Regular cooking may leave light surface marks or changes in appearance, particularly after repeated heating. These are normal for uncoated metal cookware.
